Broughton, ChairmanBackground: Reg has an extensive career in
Information Technology sales, marketing and management which includes
senior vice president and general manager at The SCO Group; the owners
of UNIX with revenue of $50m; co-founder, president and CEO of Acrylis,
Inc. and before joining Acrylis, Reg was based in San Francisco /
Silicon Valley, as a partner and board member of Interregnum, an AIM
listed UK-based venture management firm. The firm specialized
in raising funds for start-up software companies. Reg
also ran both U.S. and European divisions of computer software and
hardware firms including RDI Computer Corp of San Diego, ICL/Fujitsu
North America. Reg began his career with Wang, rising through
sales and marketing roles to European Director
level. Reg is a UK national, living in San Diego
California, educated in England, with an MBA from Pepperdine
University, CA. Key role: Reg's role is to run the main board of
the internet marketing
company and to work with Bill on the company's development
plans. |

Bateson, Franchise DirectorBackground: Bill's
experience of the IT industry spans back to 1979 and covers many
disciplines including programming, project management, product
marketing, sales and marketing and management. He spent five years as a
Reseller Sales Manager managing UK resellers for the American software
company SCO. More recently, Bill was Marketing Director for Europe,
Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for SCO managing a team of 5 marketing
managers across the region as well as an annual budget in excess of
$5M. Key
role: Bill's role has been to develop and prove the
business model of tIMC
by building up the Cambridge Franchise. He is now
responsible for developing and implementing the franchise
system. |

Franchise Training and Development ManagerBackground: Jennifer
specialises in the personal and professional development of people who
want to enhance their careers and develop their performance by
facilitating the learning of individuals and groups in personal
development, business communication and leadership skills. She has over
20 years experience in management, marketing and sales across Europe.
Jennifer is a qualified coach and is accredited as a Member of the
Association for Coaching, ICF and EMCC.

role is to train all franchisee staff involved in sales and to provide
coaching support to help ensure they maximise their sales and business

Marketing ManagerBackground: Kitrina has 15 years experience in
Information Technology program management and marketing. As
Executive Director at The SCO Group, Kitrina was responsible for
corporate initiatives and international corporate marketing, reporting
to the CEO. Kitrina’s marketing experience includes Director
of Marketing at Acrylis, and various other marketing roles in Internet
and Software firms, responsible for marketing communications, program
management, services marketing, channel management and international
marketing. Kitrina was educated at San Diego State University
and spent 2 years living in Europe, working as an International I.T.
marketing consultant. Key role: Kitrina's key role is to develop and
maintain marketing programs for recruiting new franchisees as well as
marketing materials for the franchisees' to use in their sales and
marketing efforts.
